Dr Archana Patki is the Head, Department of Psychology & In-Charge Principal of Smt Maniben M P Shah Women’s College of Arts & Commerce with 37 years of experience. Her PhD is in the field of LIFESKILLS TRAINING. She has played a stellar role in the institution’s progress over the years in its march towards NAAC grading, UGC Honour of College with potential for excellence & Autonomy. A humble, kind hearted & compassionate teacher, she has impacted generations of students & moulded them into socially contributing citizens. She is a nominee on the Board of studies of several eminent Higher Education institutions. She is invited as a resource person by institutions across the country for programs under the aegis of University Grants Commission, RUSA, Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers & Teaching Schemes on topics of Psychological relevance & Capacity Building. She is a Master Trainer for the UGC Capacity building of Women Managers Programme. She is also a Certified Master Trainer in Life skills Education by Indian Association of Life Skills Education. She has received the Best Teacher Award as well as been awarded for outstanding contribution to the field of education by International Lions NGO. She has been felicitated as a Woman Achiever and role model for young girls, for her contribution to CSR activity & for dedicated services by Seva Mandal Education Society. She has several publications in Research journals at National & International level.
