Examination and Unfair Means Committee

The Examination Committee conducts all the Examinations. The committee plans, organises and monitors the process of conduction of internal and semester examinations for college and university.

The Examination and Unfair means Committee comprises of:
Functions of the Committee:
To plan schedules for-

• Continuous Internal Assessment for each semester
• End of semester examinations and ATKT examinations for first year- examinations conducted by the college after completion of 90 teaching days in each semester.
• Submission of internal marksheets
• Payment of ATKT examination fees and filling in of examination forms
• Redressal of grievances related to internal and end of semester examinations
• Paper assessment for College level examinations and submission of semester marksheets to the Examination committee
• Reassessment/ rechecking/ photocopying of answer sheets

For conduction of examinations-

• To prepare the time table for the college exams and coordinate with the SNDTWU for University examination timetable.
• To coordinate with the University for allocation of seat numbers and disbursement of Hall Tickets.
• To prepare guidelines and dates for submission of soft copies of 2 sets of question papers to examination committee
• To facilitate the process of filling the internal results on university portal
• To display the results of the college and University examinations on students’ notice board
• To make arrangements for the verification and revaluation of answerbooks
• To issue marksheets to the students.
• To handle the cases of Unfair means
